1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MontanaBoarders.com (the “Site”) or by booking any rental, delivery, or water-based activity through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services Provided
Montana Boarders provides seasonal rental services and on-demand delivery of inflatable paddleboards, water bikes, docks, accessories, and related equipment. Optional lessons and guided sessions are offered through our sister brand, MontanaBoardingSchool.com.
3. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 18 years old. Anyone under 18 using our equipment must be accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. By placing a booking, you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be placed through MontanaBoarders.com or approved partner platforms. Payment is required in full to reserve your gear or session. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and availability is verified.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Please refer to our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete terms. Generally, cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling or refund. No-shows, weather-related no-go’s, or last-minute changes are subject to our discretion.
6. Delivery, Setup & Equipment Return
Montana Boarders offers delivery and pickup to homes, docks, vacation rentals, campsites, and public lake access points within our service area. Delivery times will be confirmed prior to your rental. You are responsible for the care and safe return of all rented items. Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
7. Weather, Safety & Session Modifications
We may delay, relocate, or cancel any rental or session due to unsafe weather, lake conditions, equipment failure, or staff availability. These adjustments are made for safety and do not automatically qualify for refunds unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
8. Participant & Renter Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Wear provided safety gear (e.g., PFDs)
- Use equipment only as intended
- Supervise minors and pets on rented items
- Notify us immediately of damage or issues
- Return equipment on time and in good condition
Montana Boarders is not responsible for injury, lost items, or misuse of equipment. All participants must sign a waiver before use.
